We are hiring associate level property managers to work alongside our seasoned professionals who manage some of the most beautiful Homeowner and Condominium Association communities in southern Maine from Kittery to Falmouth. The associations we manage are comprised of private residences of single family homes, townhomes, and multi-unit high-rise buildings.
As Associate Property Managers you will support and assist the Senior Property Managers who are responsible for the operational and financial management of the association.
It is not necessary to have prior homeowner or condominium association experience, but if you do, all the better. If you don’t, not to worry, we will train you on our systems and process, mentor you in the field of Property Management, and place you in the competent and knowledgeable hands of our Senior Property Managers. However, we do require the following:
In addition, we require you to have transportation at your disposal that allows you to travel to our client locations, sometimes at a moment’s notice. Typical work hours are from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturdays.

We are looking for a take-charge experienced tradesman for residential renovation, remodeling, and maintenance projects.
Scope of projects include general maintenance and repair, kitchen-bath renovations and home remodels, deck & siding, garage makeovers, basement conversions, and more.
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to guide junior tradespeople and sub-contractors. You should have sufficient experience and/or knowledge across all the various disciplines including framing, general carpentry, drywall, doors and window replacements, flooring and tiling, siding, decks, and finishing and knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing.
You will manage and oversee multiple projects from estimating and quoting through final completion. Job requires good communications skills, the ability to schedule labor, basic business math skills, and demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
Compensation is negotiable.
