HOA/ COA Residential Property Manager

Our Property Managers for Condominiums and Homeowner Associations will administer communications, operations, maintenance and financial management. Responsibilities include enforcement of community rules and regulations as per governing covenants, administering and monitoring property management tasks, issuing vendor bids and managing contracts. The Property Manager should be a highly motivated, well organized person with a passion for building relationships and serving association members. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, administrative, accounting and budgeting skills are a must.  Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred but not required.  Certifications in HOA/COA a plus.  Minimum requirement of 3 years of COA/ HOA PM experience. 

Maintenance Technician

Our Maintenance Technician will work as part of the maintenance team completing repair tasks, exterior work and unit inspections.  Responsibilities will included repairing sheetrock, basic plumbing and electrical, carpentry, flooring repair, painting and exterior maintenance.   Requirements:  Personal tools for use on the job site, dependable transportation, excellent verbal skills, and basic computer knowledge a must.   High school or trade school diploma required.   

Rental Agent

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be a team player.  Agent duties to include handling phone and internet inquiries, clerical and administrative tasks regarding the listed properties, staging and advertising property for listing,  knowledge of the company trade area, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be positive and highly energetic. Must be able to work weekends during the high season.  2-4 years prior rental office experience required.
